At Powertec, we stand behind the durability and performance of our strength equipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully disassemble the equipment and secure all components in the original heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized freight carrier location or schedule a curbside pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the kit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
