Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the size and weight of our strength equipment, freight delivery typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Yes, we partner with specialized fitness equipment assembly technicians. You can select the 'White Glove Delivery & Assembly' option at checkout for a seamless setup experience.
What kind of warranty comes with Powertec machines?
We stand by our build quality. Our home-use equipment features a lifetime warranty on frames, 3 years on component parts, and 1 year on pads and grips.
Can I return my equipment if it doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that return shipping fees for heavy freight are the responsibility of the customer.
Are the weight plates included with the workbenches?
Unless specified as a 'Bundle' or 'Package', our machines and workbenches are sold separately from weight plates to allow you to customize your resistance levels.
Do you offer financing options for larger purchases?
